Poster Returns Policy

Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for posters.
  • Condition: Posters need to be in the pristine condition they were received in, including original packaging to prevent damage during return.
  • Process: Contact us with your order information and reason for return to begin the process.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. These costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the poster, we’ll inform you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges apply for defective or damaged posters only. Please get in touch with us for the exchange procedure using this form.

Original Art and Artprint Returns Policy

Returns

  • Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Art must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please handle it with utmost care to avoid any damage. Art must be returned with a service that allows tracking of the item in transit. 
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details using this form and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed.
  • Insurance: You are responsible for insuring the return shipment. This insurance should cover the full value of the art, as you will be responsible for any damages incurred during transport.
  • Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping, including insurance, is at your expense and is not refundable.
  • Damages: If the art is returned damaged and the damage occurred during return shipping due to insufficient packaging or lack of insurance, you will be responsible, and such items will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the art, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

  • Please note, art items will not be exchanged. If you receive a defective or damaged piece, please contact us for a return and refund process.
