WhatsApp Assistant Privacy Notice

This notice covers ArtBlendArt's internal WhatsApp assistant. For everything else, see our Privacy Policy.

ArtBlendArt uses an internal WhatsApp assistant ("TL Assistant") to handle our own planning, such as shopping lists, recipes and ideas. The assistant is only for people who work at ArtBlendArt. It is not a customer service channel and is not used for marketing.

When one of us sends a message to the assistant's WhatsApp number, we process the message content (text and any attachments), the sender's phone number and WhatsApp name, and the time it was sent. Messages are received through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and stored on a server we operate ourselves. To understand the messages, the content may be sent to an AI service. The data is used only to carry out the task in the message. It is not sold and is not shared for advertising.

Messages from numbers that do not belong to ArtBlendArt are ignored and not stored. We keep messages for as long as the task needs them, then delete them. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in organising our own work.
