Här finns inga krav på prestation eller förkunskaper. Skapandet blir en stund där du får koppla bort vardagens måsten och bara vara.
Coachingen sker i samtalsform och utgår från ett kravlöst, intuitivt skapande där fokus ligger på processen – inte på resultatet.
About me
My name is Therese Parner and I work with creative expression as a tool for mental recovery and stress management. With a background as an artist, creative coach and former art teacher, I have extensive experience in guiding people through creative processes.
For me, creative expression is a powerful tool for disconnecting from everyday stress and finding your way back to the present moment. It's not about performing or creating something "beautiful" – but about giving yourself a moment of presence and recovery.
In coaching, playful curiosity and calm guidance meet. I am here as a conversation partner and support in your process towards better balance and well-being.

How does it work?
Vi börjar med en 15 minuters avstämning på Teams eller telefon. Det är ett kort samtal där du får berätta vad du söker och vi tillsammans känner av hur det känns att arbeta tillsammans.
Coachingen består sedan av samtal på 60 minuter. Fokus ligger på mental återhämtning och stresshantering – inte på konstnärlig prestation.

We explore how creative expression can become a tool for your recovery. You'll get to try simple exercises, and together we'll find what suits you best.
Coachingen är utformad som friskvård med fokus på mental återhämtning och stresshantering. Ingen utbildning, betyg eller diplom ingår.
Du behöver inte förbereda dig – kom som du är och låt dig guidas in i en stund av kravlös närvaro.
Wellness allowance
This service may – depending on your employer’s guidelines – be considered a wellness benefit for mental training/stress management.
- The focus is on relaxation, presence and preventive well-being through creative activities
- No training, grades, or diplomas included
- Each session is 60 minutes and costs a maximum of SEK 1,000 including VAT
- Coachingen är inte sjukvård eller terapi, utan en friskvårdsinriktad insats
Coachningen är inte terapi eller medicinsk behandling. Upplevelsen av avslappning varierar från person till person. Kontrollera alltid med din arbetsgivare vad som gäller hos er innan du bokar, då det är arbetsgivaren som slutligen avgör vilka aktiviteter som ersätts via friskvårdsbidraget.

Each session is 60 minutes and costs SEK 1,000 including VAT.
